• Invoices for these payments are issued to lessees with the frequency prescribed in the lease and money paid by lessees is held in a secure client account for your property, from which all payments to third-party contractors are made.

• This takes care of the service charge collection and administration of monies.

• We send monthly or quarterly statements to you by email or post, which show any monies due and your balance.
