About Us

Zenith Property Management Services Limited specializes in the management of blocks of flats, maisonettes and private housing estates. We cover Brent, Barnet, Ealing amongst many Borroughs in Greater London. We currently provide a local service to a variety of clients; from leasehold residential property management companies to residential property developers and freehold landlords.Our portfolio includes both modern and period properties. In addition to providing regular maintenance, we offer substantial discounts to existing clients on maintenance repair work.

 

Every block or estate differs according to its location, age, development requirements, the individual property management requirements of the leaseholders and the freeholder. It is therefore important to establish channels of communication with the relevant parties at each block or estate in order that efficient, open and comprehensive block management occurs in line with the requirements of the block or estate, and its occupants. Zenith Property Management Services Ltd offers an individual service to each of the developments under our management in our role as managing agents, according to their specifications, together with good standards of communication and service. We use our extensive experience and knowledge of the property management sector to discuss and recommend courses of action in order to best manage each block or estate, and we also give advice in respect of changes in legislation which may be relevant to both leaseholders and Freeholders alike.Our clients include Private Landlords, Freeholders, Residents Associations across London.

Maintenance of the buildings includes:

  • Preparation of service charge budgets

  • Collection of Service Charge and Ground Rent

  • Managing and monitoring periodic contractors such gardeners, cleaners etc

  • Processing of all necessary payments to contractors

  • Arranging and attending Residents Meetings (such as AGM's)

  • Preparation of Service Charge Year End Accounts and Forcast for the New Year
