Detailed here is how our new business tender process works:

 

 

  • We will listen to all the management problems that you are having further to you contacting us.
  • We will assess the works that needs doing on your property further to your instruction.
  • We will arrange to meet with the contractors/suppliers we need to run your property through. 
  • We will address the issues you have highlighted. We will use companies who already supply services to buildings we manage, or new companies tailored to your need. They will all be aware that they are participating in a competitive process.
  • We will chase quotes from the contractors who attended the property. With this information in hand we will make assessments on who is best suited to provide all your needed services. We aim at value for money, at the same time we account for quality of service.
  • With this information at hand, we draft your development report and forecast and send out to you for consideration.
  • We will give you a schedule of price per leaseholder to run the property annually based on a rigorous tender of all services required
  • We will give you recommendations on scheduled cleaning and maintenance visits based on experience of similar properties.
  • We will advise on ways of dealing with maintenance problems when they occur
  • We carry out a thorough review of your lease with specific reference to the parts which relate to the day-to-day running of your property
